Essay: “My best friend”, esempio di tema sull’amicizia

Quando impariamo una lingua straniera, gli aggettivi sono forse una delle prime cose che abbiamo voglia di imparare. Ci permettono di descrivere il mondo, la forma e la natura degli oggetti, le persone intorno a noi e i nostri sentimenti. Gli aggettivi sono il nostro mezzo per esprimere opinioni e stati d’animo.

I bambini e  ragazzi che studiano inglese seconda lingua sono generalmente felici di apprendere nuovi aggettivi perché questo consente loro di parlare di ciò che li circonda. Allora, invece di costringerli a ripetere a pappagallo liste di termini, perché per ripassare gli aggettivi qualificativi inglesi non suggerisci a tuo figlio o a tua figlia di scrivere un bel saggio sul suo BFF (Best Friend Forever)?

Come dici? Tuo figlio ha solo 9 anni ed è troppo piccolo per scrivere un essay in inglese? Nulla di più falso! Fai una prova:

• Leggi con tuo figlio i nostri articoli su  cosa è un essay e come scrive e consigli per scrivere un tema in inglese perfetto.
• Chiedigli di scrivere un tema sul suo migliore amico, o sulla sua scuola descrivendo le caratteristiche fisiche e caratteriali, passioni e abitudini delle persone e i sentimenti che queste suscitano in lui.
• Rilassati e preparati a una (splendida) sorpresa.

Scoprirai che scrivendo il tuo bambino si è esercitato sul vocabolario inglese, ha messo in pratica le strutture grammaticali e sintattiche studiate, ha anche affinato le sue capacità logiche e di argomentazione. Il tutto divertendosi!

Per dargli una mano, fagli leggere “My Best Friend” l’esempio di tema in inglese svolto qui di seguito e rinfresca con lui i principali aggettivi inglesi per descrivere una persona (una goccia nel mare, ma da qualche parte dovevamo pur iniziare….)

Not only is my best friend kind and funny, but he is also very talented. He is an excellent artist. He can draw and paint beautiful pictures. Whenever I see his artwork, I am amazed at how creative he is. He also loves playing the guitar and can make wonderful music with it. I enjoy listening to him play.

My friend has many hobbies and interests. He loves reading books, especially adventure stories. He gets so lost in the books that he forgets everything around him. He also enjoys playing sports like soccer and basketball. He is really good at both and always encourages me to play with him.

We have had so many great times together. One of my favorite memories with my friend was when we went on a picnic in the park. We laughed, played games, and ate delicious food. We also enjoyed exploring the nature around us. It was a perfect day!

My best friend is an amazing person. He is kind, funny, and talented. I am grateful to have him in my life. We share many happy moments and create beautiful memories together. I believe that a true friend is someone who is always there for you, just like my best friend. I am truly lucky to call him my best friend!
